The introduction of these units does not end the Gun Free Zone designation. Current restrictions for staff and visitors remain in place. The Iris Scanner ensures ONLY authorized and trained individuals can gain access to the gun safes.

The Smart Gun Safe can be opened ONLY with an authorized Iris Scan. In the event of an unauthorized entry attempt, the Smart Gun Safe will store an image of the individual. 

Additionally, the Smart Gun Safe will signal your alarm system for a forced entry attempt and for an open door.
